Be a Role Model for Fitness

I'm a big proponent of exercise as one aspect of a healthy lifestyle . Very often , I'm on my feet warm . Having a child with four legs that require daily walks is a great help for me outside the door .  

When I look at women and fitness , I 've noticed that girls and adolescents are not as committed to their exercise in. It is important for us to be role models and mentors to help our youth develop positive attitudes towards the gym .
Exercise is also beneficial for teenagers, as it is for women. One of the most important to teens and young adults the reasons exercise is to make exercise a regular habit and positive.  


The teenagers should be physically active for 60 minutes a day , five days a week. Regular physical activity helps build and maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints. 

 Helps control weight, build muscle mass and reduce fat. Exercise can also help prevent or delay the onset of hypertension , and may help reduce blood pressure in some adolescents with hypertension.  

Research shows that teens who include regular physical activity in your daily routine are more likely to have better self-esteem , better grades and fewer absences from school . 

 More physical activity helps teens to look and feel better reflects the positive effects on the skin , hair , posture and muscle tone . With so many positives , what 's not to love ?
Do not buy into the " no pain, no gain" motto. Should be fun to get the body moving . Here are a few active options to help you and your daughters, relatives and friends of the young to start .
• Dancing is a way to get teenagers movements can practice and hone their dancing skills .


 They may also work with mothers or other relatives to teach them new measures tend avant -garde . Let's face it , everyone wants to be soft and look like a freak on the dance floor .
• commercial crunches are a great way to put a positive spin on the TV time. 
 

In every
commercial break their teenagers can do a series of crunches . Choose one goal lead at the end of the show , give your child a reward if it has reached the goal . Start with a realistic number of sit-ups or other exercises and established during the television season . At the end of the season for your teen feel good and look good .
• Join a sports team or a group of business school or community center.  


This can help your child learn and develop skills in sport and to provide a support group .
Exercise is only part of a healthy lifestyle . Make a common practice that you are training your child to a life of healthy living.
